The following testimonials have been written by current and past students. It has been an absolute pleasure teaching, training and learning from each and every one!

“ Through his numerous years of involvement at the neighborhood community center, Sensei Keith gave hundreds of residents, young and old, a chance to learn martial arts. Every month the karate class grew in popularity, to the point where we had no other choice but to split the two classes of students into three smaller groups ranging from beginner to advanced. Sensei Keith offered his time and energy voluntarily without asking anything in return. He was willing to give an opportunity to people who could not always offer themselves and their kids professional training like what he offered multiple times a week. Who would have a thought that my 3 year old daughter could train with her 70 year old grandmother! “

“ I would like to thank Sensei, Keith Gour for the incredible training experience I have received so far since beginning my private lessons 2 years ago. I’m so grateful to have met such a knowledgeable, hard working, dedicated, and kind person to learn martial arts from. Not only is he able to demonstrate & effectively communicate the skills I’m required to learn, he then has the ability to be patient and understanding with me as a new martial artist; moving at a level I am most comfortable. His professionalism exceeded any expectations I may have had, and am always so motivated by his positive spirit, and eagerness to teach and help me become better at his craft. Thank you Sensei! “

Sensei Keith embodies humility, professionalism and exceptional leadership.

As a kickboxing instructor, Keith comes prepared for his students and consistently delivers a solid, customized workout. He is attentive, encouraging, knowledgeable and a clear communicator, which makes for an even better coach. He has a natural knack with kids and honours the potential of his students.

As his former karateka of over 25 years ago, it is plain to see that Keith has been committed to his martial arts practice, as well as his deeper purpose to give back to his community by teaching others.

Keith is a great human being and without a doubt, committed to always putting his students in the right hands…or gloves. ;)
